Edgar was born in Puerto Rico on December 9th. Graduated from UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television. He is the other half of Revolu Productions with actress/producer Guelmari Oppenheimer. Edgar is now a full time Writer/Director/Producer. He continues to live between Puerto Rico and Los Angeles. Former Artistic Director of Kaiser Permanente's Educational Theater Programs in Southern California, one of the largest year-round fully funded theater companies in the US.
