Ratings: The Walking Dead Fall Finale Numbers the Worst Since Season 2
In the wake of Sunday’s fall finale of The Walking Dead, the Nielsens delivered to the AMC drama news that was as almost bad as that which Carl shared with Rick, Michonne and viewers in the episode’s last seconds: According to our sister site Variety, “How It’s Gotta Be” was the series’ lowest-rated midseason finale since Season 2 back in 2011.

The plus-sized installment — in which Negan and the Saviors struck back against the AHK (Alexandria/Hilltop/Kingdom) uprising — averaged a 3.4 rating in adults 18-49 and 7.9 million viewers.

Ratings: ‘Better Late Than Never’ Premiere Wins at 10pm
Last night, NBC’s “Better Late Than Never” and ABC’s “Great Christmas Light Fight” duked it out in different time slots for the (very unofficial) title of top Monday premiere. A “Bachelor” special leading up to the dating competition’s new season didn’t quite stake much of a claim in the mini-battle. Thanks mostly to “The Voice,” NBC won primetime outright. ABC finished runner-up in the key 18-49 demographic, though CBS was No. 2 among total viewers. NBC was first in ratings with a 1.6 rating/6 share in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic and in total viewers with an average of 8.8 million,

In short, it is centered around the idea that Norad decides to automate the control of its nuclear missiles when it discovers that a significant percentage of human controllers are unwilling to launch when presented with a simulated nuclear attack. Unfortunately, the resulting AI possesses the power to learn from its experiences but is put in charge of the nuclear missiles without having been provided the proper training. Even worse, it is

‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’: The Personal Touches That Went Into Writing Rosa’s Coming-Out Story

‘Brooklyn Nine-Nine’: The Personal Touches That Went Into Writing Rosa’s Coming-Out Story
[Editor’s Note: Spoilers for “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” Season 5, Episode 10, “Game Night” follow.]

The Fox comedy “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” for reasons made obvious by its title, chose to celebrate its 99th episode last week, putting the spotlight on each character during a crazy road trip from Los Angeles to New York. But it also included a big reveal that became a central part of the show’s 100th episode, “Game Night” — Rosa (Stephanie Beatriz), the show’s resident badass, coming out as bisexual.

Rosa’s coming-out, showrunner Dan Goor told IndieWire, was a story choice made in close discussion with Beatriz this season. “In a way, after Stephanie came out, and has really in so many ways become such an Lgbt advocate, we felt like it was really a meaningful opportunity for the character, and it definitely felt in-world for the character. It didn’t feel like, you know, we didn’t feel like people would be like, ‘What?!’ You know, and 100 episodes in it feels like a good,

What We Know about “John Wick: Chapter 3” So Far

Given its name, it should come as no surprise to learn that John Wick: Chapter 3 will be the third movie in the John Wick franchise. It is in pre-production at the moment, which is something that should come as welcome news to those who regard both of its predecessors with fondness. What Do We Know about John Wick: Chapter 3? For starters, John Wick: Chapter 3 will be starting up soon after John Wick: Chapter 2, which makes sense because that particular movie ended with the titular character cut off from much of his resources with a $14 million

The Voice Top 8 Results Show Recap: Which Singers Survived the Bloodbath?

And now, the end is near. Ahead of next week’s crowning of Chloe Kohanski as the winner Season 13 finals, The Voice cut four contestants on Tuesday. Based on Monday’s Top 8 performances, I’d have dropped Adam Cunningham, Keisha Renee, Davon Fleming and Chloe Kohanski — I know, I know. That’s sacrilege! (And yes, in hindsight, I was giving out A’s like they were certificates of participation; blame the Christmas spirit?) Based on TVLine’s Top 8 poll and iTunes sales, it looked like the same quartet was on the chopping block, except Noah was in trouble, not the
