In 1950 three prisoners emerging from a Spanish prison, after the sentence. They are a doctor, a staff member, and a thief. Go to the railway station to go to the city. While waiting at the station, will have their hopes in the new stage that start in their lives, pear to take the train are faced with the stark reality of their situation with society. The film begins with a wonderful indent, some images precious in black and white, worthy of the best film, the characters such as the doctor (Alberto Closas) , the thief (Folco Lulli) , the employee of the train (Manuel Alexandre) and Rafaela Aparicio highlights as what they are , major players. They are those that fill the film with his performance. The film is the moral debate of the rehabilitation of the convicts, is a debate that there will always be, but that in this film is treaty of the own form of political moment In the wheel the film, the rejection of the society, of the people , the indent shows action hero who do not give rise to doubts of the moral condition of the characters. Magnificent photography of Francisco Sempere, a black and white splendid, who did not improve the color. Its director Jose Antonio Nieves Conde, achieved a great movie, although not exceeds in its titles as "Surcos", "Los Peces Rojos", "El Inquilino". I place among the best Spanish Directors. This film received four awards at festival of San Sebastian in 1956, the best film, best director, best screenplay, best actor (Alberto Closas). It is a movie that should be seen.
