Kevin Pollak is known to many from his appearances as a stand up comedian and in films such as The Whole Nine Yards and Numb but now makes his debut as a chat show host.
Pollak is at constant ease as he interviews his guest (normally a friend of his) and has a natural charm that makes the viewer feel so relaxed. Interestingly for a chat show hosted by a comedian the show also has genuine depth and some of the interviewees really open up to him and this makes the show even more appealing. The guest feels so at ease with Pollak and his shows format that they feel more comfortable to talk about themselves. This intimacy is something that is lost on other similar shows.
Overall Pollak appears to have found a new lease of life with this show and long may it continue.
