Votes: 394,666 | Gross: $426.83M
Started badly and confusing but great once she got to Earth. A bit too much action at the end but I usually think that in these movies.

Votes: 263,645 | Gross: $388.53M
Good movie with lame ending.

Votes: 668,266 | Gross: $858.37M
Thor's parts were stupid and although I knew they were coming I disliked the deaths. Particularly Nebula being treated as an undeath.

In a world where people collect Pokémon to do battle, a boy comes across an intelligent talking Pikachu who seeks to be a detective.
Votes: 114,178 | Gross: $144.11M
Great characters, good story, plenty of small cute Pokemon cameos.

Votes: 85,783 | Gross: $79.80M
Good. Better than I expected. Pawny was the best part!
7. Alita: Battle Angel (2019)
PG-13 | 122 min | Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi
A deactivated cyborg is revived, but cannot remember anything of her past life and goes on a quest to find out who she is.
Votes: 190,162 | Gross: $85.71M
Good but rushed ending. The beginning was excellent though.
8. Frozen II (2019)
PG | 103 min | Animation, Adventure, Comedy
Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven leave Arendelle to travel to an ancient, autumn-bound forest of an enchanted land. They set out to find the origin of Elsa's powers in order to save their kingdom.
Cute movie. Not as good as the first but I didn't expect it to be.
9. X-Men: Dark Phoenix (2019)

Jean Grey begins to develop incredible powers that corrupt and turn her into a Dark Phoenix, causing the X-Men to decide if her life is worth more than all of humanity.
Votes: 124,335 | Gross: $65.85M
Too dark, not enough funny. Still a couple good moments.
10. Maleficent: Mistress of Evil (2019)
PG | 119 min | Adventure, Family, Fantasy
Maleficent and her goddaughter Aurora begin to question the complex family ties that bind them as they are pulled in different directions by impending nuptials, unexpected allies and dark new forces at play.
Votes: 53,519 | Gross: $36.95M
Not as good as the first, but not bad. Great effects. Some decent new characters. One sad death.
11. Gemini Man (2019)
PG-13 | 117 min | Action, Drama, Sci-Fi
An over-the-hill hitman faces off against a younger clone of himself.
Votes: 53,902 | Gross: $20.55M
They took the time to make me care about Henry. I liked that he wasn't alone. Reminded me of the Bourne movies. It had the potential to be great but just never achieved it. A few good moments, but overall generic. Too much action, not that great of a story.
12. Shazam! (2019)
PG-13 | 132 min | Action, Adventure, Comedy
A newly fostered young boy in search of his mother instead finds unexpected super powers and soon gains a powerful enemy.
Votes: 216,278 | Gross: $140.37M
The kid and adult playing Shazam acted like two different characters not one. A bit stupid at times but still good.
13. Aladdin (2019)
PG | 128 min | Adventure, Family, Fantasy
A kind-hearted street urchin and a power-hungry Grand Vizier vie for a magic lamp that has the power to make their deepest wishes come true.
Votes: 186,079 | Gross: $354.87M
Surprisingly good. Genie was it course the best part. Jafar was the worst. (Due to the acting not because he's the bad guy)
14. Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)
R | 128 min | Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi
An augmented human and Sarah Connor must stop an advanced liquid Terminator, from hunting down a young girl, whose fate is critical to the human race.
Not as good as Genisys, but not nearly as bad as Terminator 3. I didn't like the storyline. Okay, so now there's different evil robots and a different savior of mankind... Yeah, just an okay movie. Sarah was so mean and hard. The other characters were okay. The augment from the future was too much like Sarah. She needed to be a guy or have a sense of humor. Carl (Arnold) needed to be in it more. The parts with him were the best, and only thing saving this movie from a 6.
15. Replicas (2018)
PG-13 | 107 min | Drama, Sci-Fi, Thriller
A scientist becomes obsessed with bringing back his family members who died in a traffic accident.
Votes: 25,890 | Gross: $4.05M
I almost didn't watch this because of the reviews and I liked it. I was afraid the Replicas would turn evil. It's not an action movie but kept my interest.
16. The Lion King (2019)

After the murder of his father, a young lion prince flees his kingdom only to learn the true meaning of responsibility and bravery.
Votes: 166,340 | Gross: $540.08M
Too much like the original but terrific effects.
17. Hellboy (2019)
R | 120 min | Action, Adventure, Fantasy
Based on the graphic novels by Mike Mignola, Hellboy, caught between the worlds of the supernatural and human, battles an ancient sorceress bent on revenge.
Votes: 66,810 | Gross: $21.90M
I should've listened to all the Bad reviews. It's like a spoof of Hellboy. Terrible comedy. Too much gore.
18. Glass (2019)
PG-13 | 129 min | Drama, Sci-Fi, Thriller
Security guard David Dunn uses his supernatural abilities to track Kevin Wendell Crumb, a disturbed man who has twenty-four personalities.
Votes: 181,894 | Gross: $111.04M
Ends badly. Movie just okay. Such good people. Should've been better. Would watch again.
19. Toy Story 4 (2019)
G | 100 min | Animation, Adventure, Comedy
When a new toy called "Forky" joins Woody and the gang, a road trip alongside old and new friends reveals how big the world can be for a toy.
Votes: 156,372 | Gross: $433.03M
Better than the third, probably about as good as the second.
20. Joker (2019)

In Gotham City, mentally troubled comedian Arthur Fleck is disregarded and mistreated by society. He then embarks on a downward spiral of revolution and bloody crime. This path brings him face-to-face with his alter-ego: the Joker.
Votes: 680,866 | Gross: $192.73M
The kind of movie you only watch once. Slow in too many spots and depressing. The Joker I like is the Mastermind, but this Arthur didn't come off as overly intelligent. A wasted opportunity. They got the casting right though.
21. John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum (2019)
R | 131 min | Action, Crime, Thriller
John Wick is on the run after killing a member of the international assassins' guild, and with a $14 million price tag on his head, he is the target of hit men and women everywhere.
Votes: 224,229 | Gross: $171.02M
Not as boring as 2 starts out. One continuous chase, action scene.
22. How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World (2019)
PG | 104 min | Animation, Action, Adventure
When Hiccup discovers Toothless isn't the only Night Fury, he must seek "The Hidden World", a secret Dragon Utopia before a hired tyrant named Grimmel finds it first.
Votes: 87,096 | Gross: $160.80M
As good as the second, watchable. But nowhere near as good as the first.
23. Brightburn (2019)
R | 90 min | Drama, Horror, Mystery
What if a child from another world crash-landed on Earth, but instead of becoming a hero to mankind, he proved to be something far more sinister?
Votes: 61,435 | Gross: $17.30M
Evil superman. Pretty much what I expected. A bit slow. Rating lower because I wouldn't watch it again.
24. Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019)
PG-13 | 132 min | Action, Adventure, Fantasy
The crypto-zoological agency Monarch faces off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah.
Votes: 108,549 | Gross: $110.50M
I didn't realize this was a sequel. I never made it through the 2014 one... And I napped through most of this one. I might try it again one day. I'm in no rush.
25. Ad Astra (2019)
PG-13 | 123 min | Adventure, Drama, Mystery
Astronaut Roy McBride undertakes a mission across an unforgiving solar system to uncover the truth about his missing father and his doomed expedition that now, 30 years later, threatens the universe.
Votes: 143,448 | Gross: $35.40M
How could a supposed space adventure be this boring? And I thought the Martian was dull. Slept through the middle and no desire to try again.
26. Captive State (2019)
PG-13 | 109 min | Drama, Horror, Sci-Fi
Set in a Chicago neighborhood nearly a decade after an occupation by an extraterrestrial force, 'Captive State' explores the lives on both sides of the conflict - the collaborators and dissidents.
Votes: 42,333 | Gross: $5.96M
So boring not even good for background noise.
PG-13 | 142 min | Action, Adventure, Fantasy
The surviving members of the resistance face the First Order once again, and the legendary conflict between the Jedi and the Sith reaches its peak bringing the Skywalker saga to its end.
Not Seen ~ On video in March
