Fede Alvarez's Texas Chainsaw Massacre Reboot Finds Its Writer
The upcoming Texas Chainsaw Massacre reboot from producer Fede Alvarez has found its screenwriter in Chris Thomas Devlin (Cobweb). Previously, it had been reported Alvarez was planning to produce the next installment of the popular movie series as part of a deal with Legendary pictures. That news has now been confirmed as Alvarez and his writing partner Rodolfo Sayagues have reportedly closed an overall deal with the company to create, produce, and develop movies through their Bad Hombre Films banner, which includes the Texas Chainsaw Massacre reboot.

Because it's very early in the production process, there aren't many details about Bad Hombre's vision for the next movie.
