Storyline

Barbara Allen, who has been a gas station attendant in her hometown, is sent to college when her Aunt Kate receives a settlement in a lawsuit. Aunt Kate, who was so restrained by her parents that she never married, is determined to see that her niece does not suffer a like fate. Babs steps out and makes the flaming youth at the freshwater school think that she is really "hot stuff" by smoking and drinking, as well as by suggesting unlimited necking possibilities. But she is discovered to be a fraud by Mack Moran, who ultimately gives her his fraternity pin, informing her that it is still the nice girls who get the wedding rings. Written by Pamela Short
