The Lord of the Rings (1978)
John Hurt: Aragorn
Aragorn : [Aragorn arguing with the innkeeper] There no one else for them take up with except a fat innkeeper who only remembers his name because people shout it at him all day.
Aragorn : [as Boromir's funeral boat floats away] Either we take the last boat and follow Frodo, or we follow the orcs on foot.
Legolas : Pippin and Merry may be dead by now, we don't know.
Aragorn : We cannot forsake them... the fate of the ringbearer is my hands no longer, the company of the Ring has played it's part.
Aragorn : We follow the orcs!
Sam : [about Aragorn] I still don't know if we can trust him mister Frodo.
Aragorn : I said you have no choice Sam!
Aragorn : Because if i wanted the Ring for myself, i could have it, now...
[Aragorn then Unsheathes his sword And raises it to the air]
Aragorn : My name is Aragorn, son of Arathorn. If by life or death i can save you, i will.
