Magic moments between a man and a woman are spiritual and ought not to be screwed with.
When released to syndication in 1986, all Season 1 and 2 episodes were changed to match up with the new, first-run episodes. The original introductions by Harvey Korman as Alistair Quince were removed and the original opening credits were altered to match the ones on the first run episodes. In addition, the closing tag shot of the exterior of the Harper house seen at the end of the each episode, was replaced by a new closing tag shot of the exterior of the Harper house as seen in the first-run syndicated episodes, along with new closing credits in the same style as used on the the syndicated first-run episodes. The Warner Home Video season 1 DVD release has the episodes in their syndicated version, but season 1 was reissued by StarVista, along with season 2, in their original network broadcast versions in 2013.
