Audio/visual unsynchronised 

Before Fallon guns down Teddy, one of the questions he asks him is, "All you had to do was keep the merchandise moving Teddy, but what was the problem?" We see Fallon's face while he's talking but the way his mouth is moving doesn't match those lines that are heard.

The punch sounds during the boxing match on television were unrealistic for a boxing match and actually louder than the rest of the television.

While in the sewer, one of Frank's group kicks in a grate which falls to a lower level. Seconds later, when they slide down the pipe to the lower level, the grate is nowhere to be seen.

When they climb out of the sewer, their pants are not soaking wet despite them spending several minutes standing in knee-deep water. Also, their shoes should have been waterlogged to the point where they would leave wet footprints on the sidewalk, but they don't.

When Mike parks his red Corvette, he leaves it at an angle from the curb. Then, when Ray arrives in the RV, the Corvette is parked neatly straight along the curb.

When we see the shot of Frank's license, his street is listed as Deadwood Place. Later, when Fallon says he knows where Frank lives, he states the street name as Deadwood Drive.

Miscellaneous 

During the opening shot that pans from Mike's car to Frank's house, you can see trees that don't belong in the supposed location of Evanston, Illionois, including a very tall palm tree in a neighbor's yard. The scene was likely filmed in suburban Los Angeles.

Revealing mistakes 

When Frank carefully steps over the fallen body of Fallon, Fallon's eyes slightly follow the camera even though he's supposed to be dead.
