Trivia

When this film was originally released in the U.S., there was a very noticeable error with the subtitles. As the team was calling out their attacks, ie Psychic Wave, Psychic Beam, etc, the people who did the subtitles thought the team was saying "Sidekick." Fans complained, and the subtitles had to be fixed, it also resulted in several Sidekick jokes among anime fans. See more »

my enthusiasm for Dangaioh
19 August 2002 | by GundamMaxterSee all my reviews

I loved the plot and the mech designs! Shoji Kawamori's mech designs were just as cool and elaborate as in Escaflowne! the character design was pretty cool as well.
