Has Batman Been Thwarted?
12 December 2019 | by Desertman84See all my reviews

In "Whilst Gotham City Burns", we get to see Batman go against Bookworm in a fierce battle.

In it,we get to see Bookworm initially getting an upper hand after Robin was surprisingly captured. The Bookworm engages the Dynamic Duo in a "scientific" battle wherein the former got the latter into a trap in a giant cook book.Added to that, the Bookworm used the Batmobile's laser to blast into the vault containing the great collection of rare books at Gotham City.

The battle between the Dynamic Duo and Bookworm was a battle of wits as the viewer get to see the principles of electrons and magnetism applied. But everything goes downhill after the stealing the Batmobile becomes involved.
