Quotes

Noah Bain: C'mon, Al, it's a classic heist! Microfilm in a hidden safe in an enemy embassy. You can knock it off with your eyes closed.
Al Mundy: And get myself knocked off at the same time. The answer, Noah, is no.
Noah Bain: 131425.
Al Mundy: [Stunned] What?
Nancy Ross-White: What does that mean?
Noah Bain: Oh, that's Mr. Mundy's private number. The one stitched over his uniform pocket at San Jobal Prison. Now, what were you saying, Al?
Al Mundy: I was saying you can count on me, Noah. The answer is yes.
Noah Bain: Good. Well, then I'll leave you two to work out the details.

One more splendid heist
9 March 2015 | by searchanddestroy-1See all my reviews

At this time, keep in mind that the technology was not as it is now. In this episode, you find some tricks that will emerge in MISSION IMPOSSIBLE series too, and many other TV and big screen stories, heist ones of course. Such as the now famous video tape recording system, consisting in recording an empty room just before intruding in it to steal something. A classical. I felt great pleasure to Watch it in this 1968 episode. A good suspense topic with Simon Oakland as the villain. A pretty good time waster indeed. I am in a hurry to see the other episodes of this series that spot my childhood. Again directed by Don Weiss.
