Storyline

While the Marshalls and Cha-Ka are lounging around outside one day, solar flares begin, which causes unbearable heat. What they are initially unaware of is that this was caused by the Sleestak by manipulating the pylon that controls the sun in an effort to kill everything on the surface, most specifically the Marshalls. While Jack has gone out to retrieve some water, he runs into another human being calling himself William Blandings, who by his dress and accent Jack assumes is British. Blandings states up front that he was waiting for Jack, that he is only in the Land of the Lost for six hours before he must leave, and that he is here to help. He also seems to have magical powers, including being largely unaffected by the heat. As the Marshalls don't fully trust him since they don't know who he is, he vows to them that he will not tell them any lies, but that he may only answer questions to as much as he is able to divulge. They end up trusting him, which includes trying to save him ... Written by Huggo
