Trivia

The very tall man was a caricature of writer Ian Maxtone-Graham and the crowd on the street who laugh at Nelson includes caricatures of Matt Groening, Bill Oakley, and Josh Weinstein. Oakley wrote in the script that the street was filled with Springfield's biggest idiots and so the animators drew him, Weinstein, and Groening into the scene. See more »

Oh, what a hilarious episode this was!!!

with: The Regulars (Dan, Julie, Nancy, Yeardley, Hank and Harry) Also with: Maggie Roswell, Phil Hartman, Tress MacNeille, Russi Taylor and Pamela Hayden.

This has to be one of the funniest episodes of the show! As the name says this is just several short stories about various Springfielders. The stories include Apu going to a party, Lisa getting gum in her hair, Dr. Nick's incompitence, Bumblebee Man's day at work, Several Pulp Fiction spoofs with Wiggum, Snake and Herman and many more. This is the best of the several stories per episode genre of the show and in my top ten episode of the show. Hilarious, so go watch it!! My rating: A plus. TV PG V. 23 mins.
