What a pleasure to see in this episode, an urban crime flick, Jack Elam, probably the most notorious bad guy of the US movie industry. He was missing in this series, his face was missing. Now, it is repaired. In this story he doesn't play an important character, just a hired killer who gets rid of a poor ordinary man at the beginning of the story. In this story, it is a lot question of ordinary people whom many bad guys are against. But Paul Marino is here to protect them against evil racketeers who wish to dominate the illegal renting business. And in that purpose they must get the poor people out of their flats. At any price, even the worst.
A honest story nothing more. Directed by William Conrad.
