Storyline

Four weeks after bank hold-up, the LA court holds a hearing against the Dalton brothers alone, defended by Randall Reese, although the D.A. and assistant Tim Marley aren't sure if Eva Rios was their accomplice, given her link with con Carlos Vega, who refuses to tell Kathryn Hale anything, who finds evidence causing doubt with Nick rather suspects Franny. The killed bank guard Tom Mitchell's widow Judith sues the bank, but manager Jones sides with her, at a high price. Ultimately Eva is cleared. Written by KGF Vissers

Goofs

Kathryn's deputy DA boyfriend apparently is in charge of prosecuting the bank robbers. Typically, when an employee of a district attorney's office is the victim of a crime, prosecution of that crime is handled by another county's DA office to avoid any conflict of interest issues. At the very least, prosecution would not be handled by someone with a close, personal relationship with one of the victims. Even if the relationship with Kathryn is a secret, her prosecutor boyfriend has an ethical obligation to step aside as prosecutor. See more »
