The Big Deal

A big executive in a major firm names one of his engineer assistants in charge of a big and secret assignment related to nuclear business. A very big and juicy contract for the man in charge of this task. A very modern - and for any period - tale who could concern many people working in big firms; and not only related to nuclear concern, of course. A good character study, including the engineer with his wife after the announcement of his new job. And nuclear matters, at the beginning of the sixties, Cuba missiles crisis and Cold War era, was a hot topic.
