Storyline
Doldrum presents and screens the 1942 movie "A Gentleman After Dark" on WTTG Channel 5, Detroit, Michigan. "A Gentleman After Dark" tells the tale of a greedy woman who turns in her husband, a jewel thief, into the Police so that she may collect the reward. Her husband's friend, who is a detective, adopts the couple's child and raises her as his own. After 18 years, the husband, who is still in prison, discovers that his ex-wife is now attempting to blackmail their daughter. Written by Paul Gerard Kennedy
