Enjoyable.

You can see that a great lot of effort was put into this episode, some rather nice production values, even the set and studio done out to look like the trenches.

Pertwee was on fine form, nice touches of humour throughout. Nice to see Billie Whitelaw, George Sewell was brilliant as always, Reginald Bosanquet was clearly very intelligent, I had to Google who he was. Rodney Bewes was his usual self, no more to be said there.

A clever little mystery, finally one I worked out first time round, look out for a young John Challis.

Good fun. 7/10
