For as vague as it is, it's an appealing title when compared to what one that let you know what this is would be

This is one of the four featurettes on the DVD of The Invasion(of 2007), and one of the three that's around(in this case, about 12 seconds more than) 3 minutes long. It consists of interviews, clips of the film and behind the scenes footage. Perhaps you're wondering what I mean by my Summary. Would you like to know what this should be called, if it were to be appropriate and descriptive of its contents? "A dumping ground for all the material we could not fit anywhere else, and couldn't think of a common denominator to, but stuck together nonetheless". Yeah, it's a mouthful. Seriously, nothing in this goes together with the rest; it's not bad, what they have here, there's just not even the semblance of connection between any two things in it, and absolutely nothing gets to have any depth whatsoever. There's people saying stuff(at times downright explaining), there's seeing examples of this and/or FX, planning and such, and, again, it is not poor. The editing is as good as it could be. This is simply too disjointed and devoid of focus. The closest thing to a subject this has is going into the taking over and details about the process, something the film does a far superior job of. I don't know if they did not have time to do better than this, or if there were problems of some sort when trying to document it... however, this and A New Story make this disc a bit of a disappointment, and I hope that people will give On The Set and especially We've Been Snatched Before a chance, in spite of these two being so thrown together. I recommend this solely to those who watch all the specials that come with movies they buy. 6/10
