Storyline

Fleur makes a point of seeing Jon at Harold Blade's studio and invites him to visit the rest house she's opened for working girls. She pours her heart out to him and breaks into tears but Jon knows that they musn't continue seeing one another. They both realize that they are playing with fire and when they again visit Robin Hill, they make love in the garden. Jon feels terribly guilty and wants to tell Anne but Fleur would be happy for them to keep it all to themselves and continue as lovers. Irene immediately senses what has happened between her son and his first love and confronts Fleur. She also has some important news for her. Fleur goes to her father's house but tragedy results when fire breaks out in Soames' beloved art gallery. Written by garykmcd
