Marcos eases into a reconciliation with Amelia as he turns to her to translate the German of Dr. Wulf's medical diary while her painful pregnancy prevents her from teaching class. Ivan's stolen blood sample confirms for Saul that the teens are controlled by a daily need for medication. Other research reveals that eight homeless men have been unwarily set up as viral bombs, to "go off" in a matter of hours. Martin uses Amelia's condition to detain Hugo with the children, allowing twin brother Daniel, posing as Hugo, to openly invade the secret cryogenics lab. Overhearing Alicia and Jacinta talk, Elsa learns who killed her father and must be talked into maintaining silence, for now, to catch bigger culprits. The ghost of Eva bleeds; flashbacks reveal how she became infected. Andrés plans an escape for three and calls Marcos with an instruction. The kids come upon a frightening film of medical experiments on children. Written by statmanjeff

Paula is conspicuously absent from her group and from this episode. It can only be surmised that actress Carlota García had only so many available hours on-set and had to spend them almost entirely in the alternate role of Eva, thereby slashing Paula from the story. See more »

Hugo Alonso: Don't mistake me for Noiret. If I have to get rid of you and your stupid son, I'm not even gonna think about it, not even for a fucking second, do you understand?
