Storyline

Parker loves Christmas and tries to spread cheer amongst her grumpy team members as she waits for snow. When Santa Claus is wrongfully terminated by Eben Dooley, Jr., Nate does not take him or the job he offers seriously. Before long, instead of two steps ahead, Nate is five steps behind the mischief afoot. There will be a lot of coal in a lot of stockings if the team fails to vanquish the Bad Santas... led by a very naughty old foe. Written by LA-Lawyer

Trivia

Hardison refers to the black van as "Lucille 2" (a long-running series of vans in the show's history) and says about Chaos to himself when Chaos tries to hack into the van's computer systems, commenting "You can keep on a-knockin', but you can't come in". The van's name and Hardison's comment are both references to the Little Richard songs "Lucille" and Little Richard's cover of "Keep On Knockin'". See more »

Goofs

When Eliot confronts Chaos (Wil Wheaton) in the tunnels below the mall, Chaos makes a joke about Elliot's name, but instead of a play on "Eliot Spencer", he calls him "Christina Kane". A play on "Christian Kane". See more »
