Detectives believe that the brother of a UCLA women's soccer player from East L.A. was killed because a private investigator was investigating his sister's eligibility, but a new theory emerges after interviewing her boyfriend's father.
Latino Javier Gomez's coat-hanger-strangled corpse is found under the UCLA campus grandstand where his beloved and devoted sister Malia plays soccer. Javier had no enemies of his own. Malia however secretly played lucratively in Mexico, which would have ended her scholarship is found out by PA Carl Davies. Malia's true lover, Eric Kentner, is the only son of coat-hangers manufacturer Bob Kentner, who wanted a more suitable daughter in law and is murdered himself at home shortly after.
