An iconic building owned and built by elderly artists, Arthur and Cynthia Wood, stands as a monument to Clinton Hill, Brooklyn for twenty eight years until a small fire ignites the interest of private interest and city agencies. The Fairy Tale is Over.
Arthur Wood created a camera obscura room on the top of the 108 foot Broken Angel building. There are probably only five existing in the world and the only other one in the USA is in San Francisco. There is footage of the camera obscura working in the upcoming film, A Castle in Brooklyn, King Arthur. See more »
