This is the Real Reason Why Duck Dynasty Was Canceled

Duck Dynasty is decidedly one of the more odd reality TV shows to come out. That’s saying something given that we’re talking about a genre that includes Toddlers in Tiaras, Scream Queens, and Who’s Your Daddy. The show, about a real family whose money comes from the invention of a duck calling device that’s popular with hunters, is one of those oddball bits of Americana that we could have enjoyed a whole lot more if things had gone just a little differently. It’s been three years since the show was canceled, and plenty of former fans are still wondering why.

American Horror Story Star Reportedly Eyed To Play McU’s Spider-Woman

The McU isn’t planning on slowing down with the character introductions any time soon, as the already crowded cinematic universe is now exploring bringing Spider-Woman into the mix. And according to our sources, the studio already have an actress in mind to take over the role.

We’re being told that American Horror Story star Emma Roberts is being eyed to play the superhero on the big screen. There’s even a chance she might debut in Spider-Man 3, though nothing is certain as of yet and from what we understand, she’s just one name on Marvel’s wishlist at the moment. And given that this intel comes to us from the same sources who said the studio is eyeing Daniel Radcliffe for Moon Knight and Tom Holland is in talks for a Venom 2 cameo, both of which we now know to be true, we’ve no reason to doubt it.

Ryan Murphy Says A Scream Queens Revival Is Possible

Comedy horror Scream Queens could potentially return, according to series co-creator Ryan Murphy.

In an interview with Deadline about his work, principally the seemingly unstoppable American Horror Story, Murphy was asked about the potential for a Scream Queens revival, to which he explained that the power for bringing it back lies solely with Fox, the studio who made it, as he doesn’t own the rights to the show himself. He stated that the series’ core cast of Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michelle, Billie Lourd and Abigail Breslin would all agree to a revival, and that if fans want it to come back they should be as vocal as possible in letting Fox know.

A creation of Murphy’s along with his American Horror Story and Glee cohort Brad Falchuk, Scream Queens was a brutal yet light-hearted parody of slasher flicks; imagine what the Scream movies might have

‘Ahs 1984’ Season Finale Recap: The Fate Of Mr. Jingles & Family In A Future Where “The ’80s Will Never Die”

‘Ahs 1984’ Season Finale Recap: The Fate Of Mr. Jingles & Family In A Future Where “The ’80s Will Never Die”
Spoiler Alert: This recap contains major reveals from tonight’s American Horror Story season 9 finale “Ahs 1984: Final Girl”

Tonight’s season 9 finale of Ahs 1984 didn’t end like your run-of-the-mill ’80s slasher movie. There was no protag looking over their shoulder, worried the killer was still out there. There wasn’t a bad dream that the slayer was still alive. Instead, we end on syrupy note, literally Mike + the Mechanics’ Living Years, as we see the son of the father, completely cleaned of papa’s sins. And Billy Idol is a no-show, at least on the show which has served up singers playing themselves in the past, i.e. Stevie Nicks in Ahs: Coven.

In Final Girl, written by Crystal Liu and directed by John Gray, we meet Bobby Richter, played by Ahs troupe member Finn Wittrock. But instead of Wittrock playing a loose cannon, clown-obsessed rich brat like

Billie Lourd Remembers Carrie Fisher and How ‘Rise of Skywalker’ Was Going to Be Leia’s Movie
Billie Lourd has penned a moving essay for Time Magazine about her mother, Carrie Fisher, who died in December 2016 at the age of 60. At the time, Fisher had just wrapped reprising her role as Princess Leia in director Rian Johnson’s “Star Wars: The Last Jedi.” Indeed, the actress will appear posthumously in the upcoming “The Rise of Skywalker,” which will be released on December 20. In the essay, Lourd recalls how her mother was enthusiastic about “The Rise of Skywalker” because she felt it was going to be “her movie.”

“We wrapped ‘The Last Jedi’ a little less than six months before she died. I went back to L.A. to film the show I was on, and she stayed in London to film the show she was on. One of the last times we spoke on the phone, she talked about how excited she was that the next movie
