Newcomer Tim Medhurst and Christina Trevanion tour a wet south-west England in a MG Midget. Christina travels on a historic rescue boat, Tim tells the story of an unsung hero of aviation and spends his money on military memorabilia.

Christina goes caving to learn about maturing cheddar cheese before setting her sights on a very old egg. Tim has a lesson in firefighting aboard a historic boat. An emu, a kangaroo and a frog go under the hammer in Exeter.

Tim continues his tobacco habit with a Boer War pipe, Christina offers a sermon from behind a Victorian lectern. Touring Somerset and Devon, Tim scales a 500ft cliff while Christina climbs a wardrobe.
