CMC Jeter: We've taken our share of hits these past few weeks. Suffered painful losses. Sometimes it feels like more than we can bear. And here we gather, united, shipmates. Oil rig!
29 December 2016 | by tenshi_ippikiookamiSee all my reviews

This episode may remind some people of a similar environment in one of the Metal Gear Solid games (yes, with a little bit of imagination, probably). The ship's team has found that an oil rig is the place from where Valkyrie broadcasts its messages. And taking into account how Sean is using it to slander and defame the ship and its crew, well, Chandler will have to go on a trip again to check the place.

Action packed episode, with some nice twists, well developed plot, and making a great use of the oil rig as a location, "Valkyrie" is a great episode in this second season. Not very deep, no, but breathless, and with some surprising emotional moments that will make the characters grow and develop in the viewer's eyes. It gives live to a show to see the characters to be more than just shooting machines and flag-saluting creatures.
