Brides of Dracula Series Adds Erin Richards
The weird sisters of Bram Stoker’s Dracula are doing it for themselves. Greg Berlanti and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who brought the devil out of Riverdale to spawn Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, are shooting pilot for The Brides for ABC.

The project goes back to 2015, when NBC put in an order for a script. For ABC’s desanguinated re-incarnation, the script will be written by Aguirre-Sacasa, who will executive produce alongside Berlanti and his head of production company, Sarah Schechter. This new series promises to move “stronger into horror and sexuality as it reimagines the classic vampire characters.” The pilot will be directed by Maggie Kiley. ABC Studios and Warner Bros. Television will coproduce the series.

The project was announced back in January. The Brides is technically ABC’s first pilot order of the 2020-21 broadcast season. It is the first shot across the bow for Karey Burke, who as ABC’s

Jo Martin Says She Didn’t Know Ruth Was Actually The Doctor On Doctor Who

Jo Martin Says She Didn’t Know Ruth Was Actually The Doctor On Doctor Who
Season 11 of Doctor Who kicked things off with Jodie Whittaker’s first female Doctor, a new cast of companions and Chris Chibnall as showrunner. With all that change, it seems that they decided to play things relatively straight, giving us a series of monster-of-the-week episodes. But Chibnall was merely keeping his powder dry for season 12, which has shaken up the foundations of the show.

The major revelation was that the Doctor isn’t actually a Time Lord, but rather the Timeless Child. It was explained that he/she originated from another dimension, had unlimited regenerations and seems to be the origin point of the entire Time Lord race on Gallifrey. As part of this revelation, we got to meet Jo Martin’s incarnation of the Doctor. We saw her as a humble tour guide, before soon finding out that this was a past incarnation of the Doctor using Time Lord tech to live incognito,

Doctor Who Season 12 Cliffhanger Creates A Major Tardis Plot Hole

Doctor Who Season 12 Cliffhanger Creates A Major Tardis Plot Hole
Chris Chibnall’s Doctor Who isn’t exactly reputable for having any and all care for the show’s continuity, which has led many fans to bash Jodie Whittaker’s latest run as the Last of the Time Lords for its numerous plot holes.

Season 12’s finale, “The Timeless Children,” had many surprising revelations for both the Doctor and her legions of fans across the world. Through this jaw-droppingly intense episode, we learned that the Master destroyed Gallifrey and killed all the Time Lords to avenge the mystery of the Timeless Child, who was, in fact, the Doctor. As it came to pass, viewers realized that there’ve been many more incarnations of the Lonely God in the past, though the character herself only has knowledge of 13 of them, starting all the way back with William Hartnell’s First Doctor.

But this mind-boggling finale also introduced several plot holes that

And, as had been much theorized, the child was revealed to be the Doctor herself, with her true origins finally explained.

You see, the Doctor isn’t just an ordinary Time Lord but is, in fact, a mysterious foundling who came through a wormhole from another universe and was discovered by the early Gallifreyans. She had a unique ability to regenerate her body upon death and so the Gallifreyans tapped into this and replicated it across their species. The Doctor then lived many lives until the Time Lords wiped her memory and kept her past a secret.

It’s all so much to take in for fans, with many

Doctor Who 12×10 “The Timeless Child” Review

Doctor Who 12×10 “The Timeless Child” Review
Showrunner Chris Chibnall has been playing a long game. In his second ever episode in charge of Doctor Who, season 11’s “The Ghost Monument,” we had our first namecheck of the Timeless Child, something hidden deep in the Doctor’s memories. In “Spyfall: Part Two,” the mystery was brought to the fore, with the promise that we’d find out the truth by the end of the season. Well, season 12’s grand finale – titled “The Timeless Children” – is now here, complete with all the answers, as promised. Oh boy, where to begin?

Let’s be clear, “Timeless Children” is less of a story and more of a giant infodump. What stops it from being a drag, though, is the fact that the information it’s dumping on us is so monumental, so revolutionary, redefining our understanding of the Doctor and this show’s mythology as it goes along, that we’re constantly engaged.

Doctor Who Finale Promises To Tackle The Timeless Child Mystery

Doctor Who showrunner Chris Chibnall has recently teased fans about the epic two-part finale of season 12, promising that it’ll finally give us some answers about the mystery of the Timeless Child.

As overnight audience figures nosedive to their worst since 1986, Jodie Whittaker’s second run as the Thirteenth Doctor might currently be in trouble.
