The Journey
22 December 2018 | by Prismark10See all my reviews

Watership Down gets adapted again this time for the BBC and Netflix.

The animation is CGI but the audience is spoiled by Pixar and Dreamworks. I thought the CGI was not as good or detailed and rather too dark.

Then again Watership Down is a dark tale, not exactly kiddy friendly despite that song.

This first episode has an all star cast. The idyllic countryside in rural England is under threat. A group of rabbits have to leave their warren to ensure their survival but they face threats as they go on their journey.
