With Fake Eleanor and Jason making it back to the good place a fraction of a second past Shawn's deadline, Shawn has to make a call on whether his initial ruling of sending Chidi and Tahani to the bad place in place of Fake Eleanor and Jason still stands. What Shawn rules is that the bad place is still short two people, he no longer caring which two go, leaving that decision for them to decide among themselves. As Fake Eleanor, Chidi, Tahani and Jason argue among themselves about which two should go, external forces come into play. Amid all the kerfuffle, Fake Eleanor comes to a unilateral decision about the two people, she having a very specific reason for her choices, about which she knows deep in her heart are the right choices and ones with which Michael cannot argue. Although Fake Eleanor is correct in her assessment, she is unaware that the decision will have dire consequences beyond the on the surface repercussions of who will go and who will stay. The show over all from episode 1 to this one was a huge success with a really high ratings, So i would say with no hesitation "another Hit for NBC".

The story is so fresh and followable the plot makes you engage so much and makes you think for fun "what if that really happened in the after life". the writer did an applaudable job, making each and every episode connected yet have their own inside story .. the comedy is refreshing and the anxiety and the nervousness back- talking between the characters made the comedy fast and far from being dull.

I gotta acknowledge Michael Schur for his amazing job again, started from Saturday night live sketches until peaking on "Brooklyn Nine Nine" or so did i thought , Now here he is with his fine latest project.

As for the cast, bravo .. i was worried at the pilot because as talented as she is, i kinda "as silly as it sounds" don't like Kristen Bell since her Role in the FOX Hit show "Heroes" back in 2007 but man she is amazing and here she just dismantled the character then wore it bit by bit , the other guys from Chidi, Tahani, Janet, Ted Danson as Michael and goodness me the new face who popped in the middle of the season Jianyu ,, he was Hilarious with his silliness and ignorance especially in this episode.

The set, the music and the effects were spot on and having 11 different guys directing the season has paid off well.

Finally, as the season ending with sky high ratings and with an Open/new plot ending, I strongly expect a renewal and expecting another strong come back next year, finger crossed ;)
