In the Pilot episode, Eleanor wakes in the waiting room to see Michael, the message on the wall reads "Welcome! Everything is Fine." After Michael resets Eleanor's memory and she again wakes up, the wall reads "Welcome. Everything is Great!"

Eleanor hopes to circumvent Michael wiping her memory again, by writing a note to herself for Janet to put in her mouth. This mirrors one of her past-life flashbacks in the pilot when, accused of fiddling the draw to be Designated Driver, Eleanor saved herself by putting the incriminating chits in her mouth.
