Trivia

First appearance of Lalo. Jimmy/Saul first mentioned him in Breaking Bad: Better Call Saul (2009) when Walter and Jesse staged the mock execution in an attempt to spring Badger from police custody without him ratting them out. See more »

Goofs

Apparently none of the writers, nor the producers, of the series have ever been to Tucumcari, New Mexico. It's a small, somewhat poor, town whose major employers are the county and state government, its hospital and the various motels along and near Interstate 40 for tourists traveling through it to other locations. The poverty rate is greater than 25%.

There would little need for a new bank branch there now, or in 2004. See more »

Quotes

Kim Wexler: [Jimmy is playing with his Louisiana accent] Wow, it's like I'm in the bayou.
Jimmy McGill: Yes, well I got crawdads in my pants.
Kim Wexler: [laughs] That's... that's not a thing.
Jimmy McGill: It's a thing that happens to you when you... sittin' in the bayou.

One of the better episodes this season
3 September 2019 | by 851222See all my reviews

Greetings from Lithuania.

Don't get me wrong, i really like "Better Call Saul", but last episode 7 was one of the weakest if not the most this show has ever pulled. This season 4 in general is good, but they kinda going in circles with the story here - we all know were its all heading into but we do not know the road. So far the road is involving if not particularly amazing. And this episode was one of the best this season, kinda reminded me of i liked this show in a first place. Anyway i will be looking forward for next two remaining episodes in this season.
