Michele Wolf sought after in part due to the uptick in her popularity after her controversial performance at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in April of 2018. At that dinner she roundly excoriated Donald Trump, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and a press upon whose laziness and craven need for Internet-era relevance she directly placed blame for Trump's ascension. Her performance could well be responsible for the White House Correspondents Association's decision to change the format in subsequent dinners, replacing the comedian with a staid historical commentator. Finally! A show I can really relate to. As a non-Caucasian, non-Republican, millennial female who doesn't want kids this first episode really resonated with me and it was hilarious. I love her dry to the point humor, feminist outlook and the silly skits.
