Did You Know?
The title of the episode is a wrestling reference. A "potato" is hitting your opponent for real with a hard punch. A "receipt" is hitting your opponent back with a hard punch after he/she gave you a potato. See more
Arthie and Yolanda's kiss just before Yolanda eliminated her would not have been acceptable in the 1980s, even for a 2am wrestling show on an independent station in California. Especially since there were network executives there to try to impress in order for the show to continue as it were, and most especially since they already took flack from Concerned Women of America for being too sexy previously. A lesbian kiss would barely go over with a show deemed for kids in today's world, and would send a conservative group like CMA over the edge today. Imagine the mid 1980s?
Furthermore, that kiss was so legit it would've broken kayfabe, another thing severely guarded in professional wrestling at that time. See more
