Many of the Restavek in Haiti, don't go to school, so they don't speak french, they speak créole.

The Haitian that speak french, good english and good spanish are the one that went to school. Sometines, you can find some Haitien from the border that speak bad spanish because of the proximity with Santo-Domingo. There are others that speak a bad english because they copy the attitude from black american on TV, and star from Rap.
